Our steel drums production line was honored and praised with first medal of science technology development in Shanxi Province in 1989, Golden Medal in 2nd International Package Technical Exhibition and golden medal in China Nation Package Succeed Progress Exhibition in 1990. We also obtained the golden medal of China Nation New Products and New Technology Exposition in 1992. Our project was listed in the state class "torch project planning" by the Shanxi government science committee in 1990. Our steel drums production line was recommended by China Commercial Promotion Committee and French Science Technology Quality Supervision Committee for export for China took part in the WTO.

Recently, our steel drums production line has formed serial set with high-level collocation and high class for PLC control and hydraulic driving. We have new combined machines to form corrugation and wedge-shaped on one machine. Either the machine can roll press corrugation or wedge-shaped "W" individual, or make corrugation and wedge-shaped at the same time. Now we have the whole set of production line. The step is from de-coiling, leveling, and cutting to painting spray out put.

Our production lines can meet the requirements of 100 to 208L drums/barrels. Our capacity is 4-5 drums/barrels per minute. The steel coil can be realized automatically "de coil-leveling-fix measure cutting" in line controlled by PLC, hydraulic driving, and servo motor to control the measurement. The cutting precision can reach to <0. 5mm in length, <1mm in diagonal, and cutting can be made in 9 times per minute and cutting speed is 10m per minute. At the same time we also provide the services of equipment maintenance and remodeling for users.
